  Place your watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and tags attached, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
